Researcher in UoC are interested to find out if self-compassion mediates the relationship between trait mindfulness and depressive symptoms. It takes 5 to 10 minutes.

Participants should be :

1. Malaysian residing in Klang Valley,

2. University student,

3. Not diagnosed with any psychological/psychiatric disorder.
