This is a survey that aims to identify whether there is any correlation between mindset and help-seeking attitude of an individual.

The criteria that I am looking for in participants includes:

1. Malaysian

2. Age 18-25

If you happen to fulfill the criteria stated, I would like to request for your help to participate in this study. This survey will take 8-10 minutes to complete. Any data provided will be kept private and confidential.
