Research objective: To address the roles of resilience and career-sustaining behaviours within the counselling professions and to assess whether resilience and career-sustaining behaviours, together, has an impact on the level of burnout.

Participant’s criteria: A counsellor with a minimum of one year counselling experience in Malaysia.

To take part, you will be asked to to complete a questionnaire package that should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
