Brief description of Research: Greetings everyone! My name is Shuba and I am currently undergoing a research study on the effectiveness of a mindfulness based intervention for weight-related struggles. However, I’d like to understand the risk factors of overweight and obesity among women in Malaysia before proceeding to the intervention.

We are looking for (i) Malaysian women (ii) who are overweight or obese with a BMI of 23kg/m2 and above to complete this anonymous survey which will take less than 15 minutes.
