Brief description of Research:

Researchers are developing a new, culturally appropriate personality assessment in Bahasa Malaysia (English is also available if one is not fluent in BM). This is a 15-20 minutes questionnaire that helps individual to assess behavioural tendencies in the workplace. The questionnaire is in need of volunteers now to take part in the validation study. The criterion for participation is 18 of age and above, and only for Malaysian citizens. Thanks so much!!
