I’m currently conducting my MGT400 graduation project titled: “Factors Influencing Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy among Final-Year Undergraduate Students in Klang Valley.”

I’m looking for students who meet ALL of the following criteria:

1. Currently a final-year undergraduate student

2. Studying at a higher education institution located in Klang Valley, Malaysia

The study aims to explore how emotional intelligence , proactive personality , and social support may influence students’ confidence in making career-related decisions.
