The Experience of Dual-Working Couples Adapting to New Roles in Early Years of Marriage.

Good day all,

I am Yih Shin, currently pursuing my final year psychology degree in International Medical University (IMU). As I am working on my thesis, I need participants to provide valuable insights to make my research go successfully.

My research topic: The Experience of Dual-Working Couples Adapting to New Roles in Early Years of Marriage.

Objectives of the research: To explore the experience of dual-working couples adapting to new roles in the early years of marriage.


Therefore, I am looking for 6 pairs of couples to have an in-depth interview(s). Each interview session will take around 45-60 minutes to complete. You are pleased to become one of the participants in my research if you are:


1. Dual-working, married couples.

2. Couples married and become parents in less than 5 years from 2016.

3. Couples that are currently not living with extended family.

4. Basic literacy in English.

5. A minimum qualification of high school.

6. Born in Malaysia.
