Body Insecurities, or any stuffs you wanna talk about! p/s: well, I was enrolled in Sport Nutrition during my exchange program in the UK, so I might be able to provide / discuss some nutrition knowledges with you.

I believe it's going to be fun to discuss the toxic beauty culture in social media, how they are making people especially us / the young ones feeling so bad about their body and forcing themselves to achieve those unrealistic beauty standards.

About me

Once insecure about my body, hated how my body looks, which was then intensified by social media. Then, I came across severals body positivists and they changed how I feel about my body. FYI: I am not perfect, just like you, I am a human.
